Solo monumen

Many events and organization start their journey of success at Solo. Name it Syarekat Datang Islam (Moslem Trader Organization), National Sports Week (PON), United of Indonesian Journalist (PWI), United of Indonesian Teacher (PGRI) as an examples. Furthermore, we could also add Radyapustaka Museum as the oldest museum in Indonesia.

There are also a lot of art and culture that found it habitat and grow fast in Solo. Name it leather puppet, people puppet (puppet that is played by a human on stage, playing Ramayana or Mahabarata role), ketoprak (theater playing a traditional folklore), keroncong, folk dance, gamelan kerawitan (traditional music orchestra), batik and kris. Even there are a lot of similar art also played or produced by other regions, the one played and produced in Solo is consider to be the best, full of value, philosophy and deep meaning.

With all those descriptions, Solo has write his part on the world history that will always be remember.
